There are no good, reasonably priced plans for a 63 year old woman. She should try to get COBRA from the company she retired from or go back to work for another couple of years. Private health insurance is very expensive and any plan she could get at her age will have a very high premium, have limited benefits and have a very high deductible. Sorry, but that is the way the US healthcare system works.
